Harmony Health Care & 2000 Feet Back-2-School Shoe & Supply Giveaway This event has a pre-approval deadline. All referrals must be received in our office by August 9th	Saturday, Aug. 30, 2008	Payless Shoes 1321 Camp Jackson Rd. Cahokia Il 62206 It is about 4 blocks west of the Cahokia WalMart. Cahokia, IL Must be a first time recipient of 2000 Feet. Do not apply if you've rec'e benefits this year.	10am – 2pm	Pre-approved children will get to shop for brand new shoes and parents will receive written health care tips and school supplies.
